Unfortunately, I had to realize after receiving the photo mosaic that the quality is indeed not optimal. However, I do not blame them for this, as they did warn me in advance. On the contrary: I am so thrilled with their amazing customer service that I would order photo mosaics from them again anytime. :D

It takes a bit of time and sometimes doesn't work immediately, in which case just let it recalculate. Afterwards, you have a very good preview and can view the picture in different mosaic types, adjust the size of the small pictures and the overlay of the actual picture so that it suits you. Additionally, you are informed by email when the picture goes into production and is shipped. So I was always well informed, and the picture was also very well packaged.
