I really liked the ease of creating my mosaic, their site-app is very well explained to help you and guide you step by step to successfully create your unique piece. A very reliable service that I would definitely recommend widely.

I realized after the ordering process that I had ordered the picture in Mosaic instead of Chaos (variant). I immediately wrote an email asking for help. I was promptly (within an hour) assisted, and it was on a Sunday. I really found that to be superb. I am very satisfied with the picture, and the entire process was truly first-class. Thank you again for that.

I created the picture for a wedding celebration using images of all the guests/invitees, so that each guest can find themselves and the bridal couple has pictures of all the guests even after the wedding. For the square format, it was quite time-consuming to convert all the images into a square shape. And it was good that I did that. The computer 'rejected' 12 of the over 280 individual images, which I had not squared, meaning they were not used. Nonetheless, it was a successful surprise.
I chose this company (from several bidders) because there were greater opportunities for influence in the image design (highlighting the main image/clarity of the small individual images).

This time I chose a glass picture and the small images stand out even better than on a canvas. Finished picture is surprisingly light and very well made. [more]

I have already ordered a mosaic picture on Alu-Dibond twice and everything has always been great. The material is light and the quality is very good. The software for creating the mosaic picture is very easy to use, and it immediately calculates different versions. It takes a bit of time and sometimes doesn't work immediately, in which case just let it recalculate. Afterwards, you have a very good preview and can view the picture in different mosaic types, adjust the size of the small pictures and the overlay of the actual picture so that it suits you. Additionally, you are informed by email when the picture goes into production and is shipped. So I was always well informed, and the picture was also very well packaged.
I am completely satisfied and would order a picture from "rapidmosaic" again at any time.
Thanks to the team and the great work.

The creation and processing were great. I also think the idea of the mosaic picture is fantastic. The only issue was: since it was meant to be a gift, I specified a parcel locker as the address. This was possible in the input mask without any problems, and it wasn't clear which method would be used for shipping. I then had to redirect the shipment to a parcel shop.
